Harlow C


Hot Pure Pilates

Strengthen and sculpt with Harlow C pure pilates, our Hot Mat Pilates class that uses precise, low-impact movements to build control and body awareness. By incorporating alignment and strength, this session is will leave you feeling challenged and centred, while being adaptable to all levels.


Experience the ultimate fusion with Harlow E, combining the best of Hot Pilates and Hot Yoga to sculpt and restore your body. Move with intention and reconnect with your energy for a class that leaves you strong, and revitalised.


Sculpt and shape your body with Harlow F, a dynamic Hot Barre class blending Pilates and dance inspired movements to create lean muscle tone. This fun, cardio infused workout uses isometric holds and fast flowing movements to ensure you leave feeling the burn. 


Rejuvenate and release tension with Harlow D, a Yin inspired class that incorporates meditation and mindful stretching to help you breathe and relax into poses held for 3–5 minutes. Ideal for relieving tiredness or muscle soreness, the aim is to simply let go so you can leave feeling renewed after this hour of release.

Transform and tone with Harlow C progressive pilates, a dynamic Hot Mat Pilates class that blends functional movement, creative sequencing and strength work. Using breath, rhythm and modern Pilates principles, this class builds full body strength, mobility and coordination.
