  • Yes! Our Hot Yoga and Hot Pilates classes are welcoming to beginners of all ages and fitness levels. Our experienced instructors provide guidance throughout the class and offer modifications to help you move safely and confidently.

    If you’re new, here are a few tips:

    • Let your instructor know you’re a beginner so they can support you.

    • Take breaks whenever you need - listening to your body is key.

    • Don’t worry about keeping up with others; focus on your own pace.

    • Most importantly, enjoy the experience.

    Everyone starts somewhere, and we’re here to make you feel comfortable from your very first class.

  • Getting started is easy. Simply create an account through our booking app or website, choose a class that suits your schedule, and reserve your spot.

    If you’re new to hot yoga or hot pilates, we recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early so our team can welcome you, show you around, and answer any questions before class begins.

  • To get the most out of your session at Harlow, we recommend bringing:

    • Yoga mat – Bring your own or hire one for $3 upon arrival.

    • Towel – It can get sweaty in our infrared heated classes.

    • Water bottle – Hydration is essential. We have a hands-free filtered water station available, or you can purchase water or coconut water at the studio.

  • If you’re unable to attend your class, simply open the Harlow booking app and select the class as you did when booking. From there, you’ll see the option to cancel your reservation.

    We recommend cancelling within the required notice period to avoid any late cancellation fees.
