Harlow has partnered with Zama Institute to deliver the in-person workshop component of their globally recognised, accredited Level 1 Matwork Pilates Teacher Training. Over two immersive days, you'll move from theory into practice, building the skills, embodiment, and confidence to step into the room as a teacher.
How it works
Zama's registered online course gives you access to a comprehensive portal of foundational knowledge principles, methodology, and repertoire, available to explore at your own pace from the moment you enrol.
The Harlow workshops are designed to complement that content, not depend on it. You don't need to complete any theory or practice requirements before attending. Our two-day intensive is built to stand on its own: hands-on, in-person, and focused entirely on application.

Accredited & industry ready
Upon completing the workshop and online content, you'll be eligible for your Certificate from Zama Institute, a globally recognised qualification that opens the door to a professional teaching career.
Your certification is accredited with Physical Activity Australia (KAP1994) and attracts 3 PDP points, meaning you'll graduate with credentials that are respected across the industry and recognised by fitness and wellness employers Australia-wide.
With your qualification in hand, you'll be ready to teach Level 1 Matwork Pilates professionally, whether that's in a studio, gym, or building a business of your own.
