What do you love about yoga?
It’s an opportunity to be creative with asana sequences and great music, it also connects us with our bodies and breath, while also creating an avenue to nourish the body and also slow the busy ‘monkey’ mind.
What made you want to complete your teacher training? Tell us a little bit more about your background.
I studied both Yoga and Pilates at Essence of Living, on the Goldcoast in 2013, and have recently completed a refresher course for Yoga again with Essence of Living this year, I am now 400RYT qualified. I am also a qualified Personal Trainer.
What kind of experience do you aim to create in your classes?
I am to create a space where people can show up and be themselves, somewhere where they can let go, surrender if they need to and also put in the work.
What do you like to focus on in your classes?
Breathe, Philosophy, great music and a fun and relaxing atmosphere.
In one short sentence, how would you describe your teaching style?
I love a strong yet relaxing class, filled with philosophy and love. I want to bring my passion for yoga to those I teach.

Vinyasa Flow (Harlow B or A)

The ocean, travel, yoga!
